Terms and Conditions
We, at KinaLink's ambition is to provide excellent service to our customers, and therefore we work according to the following service conditions. For any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@kinalink.se.

KinaLink in your mission, order and arranges delivery of goods from China to the address in your country. We buy products on behalf of you and deliver products of your choice of shipping method.  

All payments made in KinaLink is done through a secure gateway that supports all major credit cards. We at KinaLink never see and never stores your credit card information.

Delivery
It normally takes between 2-5 days for your shipment to reach our warehouse in Shanghai. Then, it takes between 2-5 days for international delivery via DHL, between 4-10 days with EMS and between 10-20 days by Air mail.

We at KinaLink has no liability for the promised delivery time if it is not kept, but of course we do our best to share with us delivery information so you can track your package easily.

The customs duty and other taxes and fees are NOT included in the stated shipping charges. It is the customer's responsibility to check if these additional costs will be added. It is also the customer's responsibility to verify that the product sought is not prohibited or restricted as a trademark in your country. KinaLink will not take any responsibility if the requested item is confiscated or taxed by law.

Important Information
KinaLink does not take any orders that gathers liquid makeup, weapons, food, powder or gel.
Orders containing any of the above-mentioned will be denied because of certain considerations.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order before your goods have arrived at our warehouse in Shanghai. If the seller allows, you can cancel your order after the goods have arrived to us in China but not shipped to your country yet. In the latter case, we will help you negotiate a waiver with the seller, but we do not guarantee results. In both situations above, all costs and fees incurred during the process will be charged.

Refunds and Returns
If any ordered goods are defective or damaged upon arrival at our warehouse in Shangai, it will be returned to the store on your behalf for an exchange or a refund.

If the product has a manufacturing defect and the product is still under warranty, we will help you either replace it or refund it. If goods are not covered by warranty service, we will help you to negotiate with the seller for any exchange or a refund. In either situation above, we at KinaLink offer our services with no extra cost. All other expenses incurred in the process such as shipping charges will be at your responsibility.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
While we try to provide as accurate information as possible on KinaLink.se we cannot promise that the content of our site will always be correct and current. We at KinaLink do not take any responsibility if there are any errors on the website.

While we do our best to facilitate the buying process between you and the seller, we have no control or responsibility over to ensure quality, safety or legality of the object. We are not responsible for vendor's content. We cannot guarantee that the goods ordered over KinaLink are flawless, accurate or complete. We are not responsible for any claims arising from the lack of quality, performance of your goods, customs fees and other problems such as late delivery. Nor for any indirect or direct financial loss or damage howsoever arising or howsoever caused (including loss of profit or loss of revenue).

Age limits
