Ordering Procedures.

Step 1 Select Products
- Find your products by using Taobao Searching tools or directly from www.taobao.com.

Step 2 Order
- Download and fill out Excel documents!
- Mail order form to info@kinalink.com.

Step 3 Order confirmation
- KinaLink contacts Taobao service provider and confirm your order within 24 hours.
- KinaLink sends the invoice for the first payment.

Step 4 The first payment (product price + shipping within China + KinaLink's service fee (10% of the product price or a minimum of 49 RMB per order)
- KinaLink accepts most common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard and American Express. Card payment is made over a secure connection with Paypal.

Step 5 Purchase of products
- When the money appears on KinaLink's account, KinaLink will order the products from Taobao on behalf of you immediately. All your products will be first delivered to a warehouse in Shanghai. It usually takes between 2-5 days. The delivery time may be slightly longer at major festivals and so-called "red days" such as Chinese New Year and Chinese National Holiday.

Step 6 Other payment (Only for international freight!)
- KinaLink sends the invoice for the second payment based on the international freight that you have chosen.

Step 7 Delivery
- You will receive a tracking number from KinaLink which you can use for tracking your package online.

Step 8 Receive your parcel
